I purchased a C200 compressor from Marius the owner of EM Motors in Silverton, Pretoria during September or October 2012. The vehicle had numerous faults and it broke down on my way to East London after the EM Motors agreed to have the vehicle repaired and parts sent to me which was not done up to date. Marius had told me many stories and sent me a variety of sms's which serves as proof that he had no interest to keep to his word. Marius would have sent me a replacement vehicle where after he told me the truck that carried a replacement car has burned out in Graaff Reinette, this amazed me because Graaff Reinette is half way to Cape Town and should the car be delivered as promised the truck must have turned off via Bloemfontein. It further amazed me because it was never mentioned in the media. He thereafter told me that another vehicle will be driven to East London but then it apparently blew an engine close to Reddersburg after the people that worked at the roads department assisted the driver to get back to Bloemfontein. I have instituted legal action and I am awaiting an article 205 report from court and Vodacom which will confirm his, sms's & empty promises
