Extremely poor service

I purchased a C200 compressor from EM Motors in Silverton, Pretoria during September/October 2012. The vehicle had numerous faults and it broke down on my way to East London after the EM Motors agreed to have the vehicle repaired which was not done up to date. EM Motors had many stories and sent me a variety of sms's which serves as proof that he had no interest to keep to his word. I engaged Clientele legal which has failed me dismally after they claim to assist their clients on national television within 48 hours which I could assure you is not the case. I was also unable to be assisted in my mother tongue after I send them some documentation which was written in Afrikaans. I have been referred from pillar to post by numerous of their para legal and legal assistants since submitting my complaint. The worst of all is that I have been without a vehicle for almost 10 months and Clientele refused to compensate me for their gross negligence and the time spend to the case. Clientele has now after almost 10 months referred the case to one of their panel of attorneys. I spoke to the attorney this morning to gather information just to be told that the lawyer has resigned... Pathetic!!!
