My husband's isuzu 2012 truck had a problem with the starter and my husband contacted isuzu assist who then advised that the truck be towed to meyers motors in mthatha and it was towed on the4 October 2013. Since then there have been no work done on the vehicle, my husband has been phoning them theyy kept on saying they are still awaiting parts. What is bothering us now is that nobody at meyers motors seem to care, this truck has been parked there for over a month, and this is our source of income, worse meyers people don't even bother to uopdate us on what is happening. We feel we have not been treated fairly in thisregard. We therefore request an urgent action and remedial action taken to speed up repairs in our truck as we are losing in our business.
