*Shocking Service*
Purchased a BMW from Cedar Isle dealership in March 2013. The Financial tax invoice I received from the dealership does not exist / match with BMW Financial service. Contacted Financial services to advise them the amount debited is different (higher) than the amount on the tax invoice I received from the dealership - I advised the financial customer consultant I can forward the email with tax invoice attached to them to investigate and the reply I received was they can also forward the tax invoice they have on record to me as that is the only one they will accept. What shocking service is this both from the dealership and from BMW Financial service centre.
It has been drama since the day I purchased the car, its now 2 months later and would not mind to return the goods and service received.
