Bad Service on a Simple Request

On 19 March, I took my car in to Cedar Isle BMW get a fog light replaced as it had fallen in. I was told that I would have to pay for it as it is not covered by the warranty. I queried this as my car is only 6 months old and was told that I must have damaged the car. To date, nobody has been able to show me where or how I have damaged my car.

I then escalated this to BMW SA telephonically and was told that it would be investigated and that they would contact me with an update (this was also on 19 March and nobody has bothered to get to me). Further to this, I received a call from Cedar Isle a few weeks later to ask about the service I received, I explained the above to them and they said that they would follow up with their service department and BMW SA and get back to me. I am still waiting.

Due to the lack of response i sent and email to BMW SA querying the status of this on 3 April. i did not get any response, i sent another email on 12 April, and a few days later, i got a call saying that BMW would not pay as i must have damaged my car. i again explained that no damage was shown to me and was told that they would investigate and get back to me. i am still waiting.
