DHL Snail Mail

I have been waiting almost a WEEK for my teeny weeny, very insignificant, very low cost box to be cleared at Johannesburg Customs. They say have tried to call me and e-mail me to ask me something but I have no records of any phone call or e-mails from DHL this week.

I use and happily pay DHL because I want fast delivery. not snail mail.
