No refund for 7 months

I bought parts for an Audi which classic motors supplied me parts for an incorrect model they insisted i return it first before the refund can be passed. since returning the goods i am waiting 5 months for the refund. the only person you can talk to Lincoln and he passes the buck to his boss who can never be reached and supposedly does not like to be bothered on his cell phone.( which i can never get the number).
