I recently purchased a kitten but the breeder was in Bloemfontein and the breeder was organising a air courier delivery to my house in JHB. Breeder confirmed the kitten was at the airport and I was due to receive at 1pm on Friday. I get an email 30mins before departure requesting R3500 for a pressure container. Then get told the kitten flew to Durban and will now come on Saturday only. Sat I get requested to pay R4100 in insurance and delivery will be at 1pm. At 3:30 I get told they are leaving the airport. The kitten has not yet arrived and today I get asked to pay R22, 000 to release it from customs. Customs is a cross border transaction and I refused to pay. All of the requests were via email, they never phoned me despite answering when I called them. Shocking service and definitely running a business preying on poor kittens. Disgusting, DO NOT USE.
