I went to Reptilians for a Tetra Fish house and my Daughter Michaela drew my attention to the Ginger, Bi Colour and two Tabby kittens. The faeces had blood in it and was slimy and color of pronutro, the Bi Colour kitten was lethargic with a typical worm infested bloated belly, the Ginger kitten was trying to play with it, it was too ill to play. I called the manager, he was unimpressed by my concern and said he would Deworm the kitten, he attempted to do this with an obvious lack of experience and got more of the stuff on himself and the girl holding the poor kitten! I enquired as to whether they had been inoculated and Dewormed to which I got the reply-no, but they are Very particular about the pets they take! To which I asked if that were the case why were the kittens ill and why were they away from the mother at such a young age? There was no answer to this. I called Lisawho helps at PETS a non profit organisation and said I would buy the sick kitten from this SHOCKING place if she could keep it and we will all try to find a good home for this tiny baby. I went back and gave them the R150.00 and a piece of my mind only to that the kittens are under 5 weeks of age emaciated
