On Saturday the 2nd of February 2013 I took a weedeater in for repair. (Purchased 17-12-2012)
2 bolts had come out while in use. I have to phone as no one calls me with updates on what is happening.
The communication is shocking!!
When I call I get told they are still waiting for parts!
I need answers! How can it take so long?? What parts are you waiting for??
