I want to thank Aramex personnel at the Pretoria branch, especially Thobeka and Ezekiel. Thobeka ensured my packages were in Pretoria on time, and Ezekiel ensured they are both delivered, on time, even though [URL Removed] made a big mistake with waybill tracking numbers.

I wish all customer services in South Africa had this kind of service. Bravo to the Pretoria branch of Aramex. Keep up the good work.
