My car IX35 2010 model had a problem of not taking gears, I then took it to Hyundai Amanzimtoti where I bought it and was then taken to Hyundai Amanzimtoti service centre. They told me that the car had a factory fault and it will be fixed. It took them more than a month to fix it. The car was returned back to me and I drove it only 5 day andthe problem started again. I have returned back to them to report my problem. To my disappointment I have been treated very badly by the manager in charge, I am now suffering since I no longer have a car, I have left it at Amanzimtoti service centre and uncertain that they will fix it because they have a negative attitude with me and my car.
