I own a 250cc SRS which I purchased from Victory Motorcycles in Port Shepstone
At the end of February 2013 the 3rd gear went on my bike
I also asked for a service to be done on the bike as well as anything else that they may have found during the service
After waiting for 4 months I received my bike back at the end of June 2013
The gear box has seemed to be repaired
the service had not been done and obviously the bike had not been inspected
AS WELL AS:
My license plate on the back is now only half a license plate as it is broken in half
The head light only works at night with the bright light on
There was no oil in the bike
The left indicator is now yellow from stain.
The Throttle is loose
The clutch is not right
I sent it in with over a half a tank of fuel it was empty on return
He said when I was on my way to collect it that it was in the wash. It was filthy when I collected it.
And now the bike won't start and leaves me again after waiting for 4 months without any transport
I sent this report to BIGBOY headoffice on11/07/2013, I have still not had a reply to my email
I am disgusted at the lack of respect a business can produce of their product to what was a very satisfied client
