No delivery of vehicle and Bad attitude

5 weeks ago the car was taken for a quote and they told me that they will come back to me as to when to bring the vehicle for repairs as they needed to order parts. 2 and a half walks later they advised that the car may be brought in as they had all the parts that was needed to fix my vehicle. The day the car was taken in my insurance rented me a car for a period of 2 and half weeks as BMW Alberton advised that the car would be ready on the 15th August 2013. It is now the 21st August 2013 and the car had to be returned. We enquired from the management as to when the car would be ready and the manager had bad attitude and no regard for client service. We left messages with BMW South Africa but have not received any responses from them either.
