Is it possible that it takes over 2 months to order parts for car??
I was in an accident on the 28th July with my Mazda mx5, the car was towed to the panelbeaters and insurance approved the claim within a week.
it is now 2 months later and the parts have not even arrived in SA yet!!
Its ridiculous in this day and age that i have to wait for 2 months for the parts to even arrive in SA never mind how long its going to take to fix the car.
I am tired of calling Mazda to find out what is going on. the only answer they ahve for me is "Sorry, we dont have an estimated delivery time for your parts"???
That is simply not good enough im sorry!!!
how long am i going to wait for thes eparts if no one can give me an ETA??
