Beyond the call of duty

I am a regular traveller and use Lanseria airport a lot. On Thursday the 15th of August, I arrived on flight MN460 at 10pm; and confidently proceeded to the Europcar as I was quite sure I had booked my car there (via the Kulula website). When I arrived, it was clear that I had not booked the car at all. The wonderful gentleman who helped me (and I am really sorry I did not get his name) asked to see the booking and how I booked. As can be expected I did not have the booking or reservation number as I had not completed the booking on the website. I had not done all the steps I needed to do which meant there was no car reserved for me. I was ready to take my bags and hassle for a taxi (very unlikely given the late hour) but that gentleman helped me book another car. I had felt so helpless when I realised I had no car (and know how hard it is sometimes to get a 'walk in car' at this particular airport). I had felt despondent, tired, frustrated and stranded all in one, but that gentleman went out of his way to help me (even working past closing time). I believe this gentleman thinks he was just doing his job, but for me, he was a lifesaver. bless him and thank you
