I called the europcar call centre to confirm my book who advised that if I use a debit card my deposit will change from R4400 to R7700. Thank good for the call or would have been stranded. This far exceeds my budget and I do not think it is far to be penalised for not choosing to have debt. The gentleman asked me to call the Kulula call centre in order to cancel the booking. I called your call centre and the lady on the phone was just plain rude and proceeded to give me the number for the Europcar call centre, when I explained to her that I already called this number and all I wanted to do was cancel the booking she just said, "I'm sorry I only deal with flights and not cars" After I pleaded with here then she says she'll put me through to some deal or package team. Why was this not told to me in the first case. I do not call you call centre because I'm bored and I feel like I need to be made a fool over the phone. I'm sorry that I am not completely au fait with your protocols and procedures. Please could you cancel my booking or relook at the deposit required. I perceive that I will be utilising my other reward program to book flights and vehicles with your competitor going forwa
