I saw an advert on gumtree, saying they have Mazda parts, i called and spoke to Joseph who confirm they had Mazda 3 2006 hatchback doors. i went to their workshop and met Musa, who is the owner of A-Car Salvage company, i told him what i was looking for and he said sedan and hatchback use the same doors as long as its the same year, i paid R3000 and we arrange that he will courier the doors, after 5 days no doors were delivered, i sent my brother to pick them up, and when the doors finally arrived they were not the right ones, they were for a sedan and mine is a hatch so it did not fit. I called Joseph immediately and he spoke rudely that there is nothing he can do about it because they only allow 5 working days return and that is their policy. Well my brother the following morning drove back and met Musa, he took the doors and promised to get us the right one. Till today doors haven't been delivered and been told they r being stripped 2 weeks ago. I need my refund. I called Musa and he said he assigned Charmaine to help me and i should not call him beacuse he is the director of the company. I need my money back.
