I have ordered a vehicle part from the Bryanston branch as well as PAID for it and have been promised delivery of such. Not only have I emphasized the fact that I require this part as a matter of urgency to have the vehicle on the road but have had to chase up with not only the branch but go the route of phoning Renault customer services.
Needless to say there is ZERO customer service from their side and have continually had to contact them to sort out the issue with the delivery of the part and with a vehicle sitting in my garage for 4 days still do not have an answer as to when I will receive a part PAID for and sitting in their Pretoria warehouse gathering dust.
I have spent astronomical amounts of money on ridiculously priced spare parts only available from dealer and have been given the run around... Who is really competent in the Renault business!!! Ill NEVER PURCHASE RENAULT EVER OR GIVE POSITIVE COMMENTS ABOUT THEM...
