TATA telemarketing not GOOD

I was contacted telephonically by TATA telemarketers. They called without appointment at a very peculiar hour. I was informed about some or the other TATA special, and when I declined to show interest the telephone was abruptly slammed down in my ear. I would have preferred a professional telephone sales consultant with the relevant knowledge of my culture and interpersonal skills required to end a conversation with a friendly good-bye.
