I bought a secondhand car from Car Rep, in Rietfontein road, Boksburg at the end of June. I was not allowed to test drive the car before the deal was approved. They promised to service the car before I took delivery of it. The car was not serviced correctly and proved hazardous and unsafe. It was not even washed or the interior cleaned. I got it tested and took it back with the test papers to prove to them what was still wrong. They about what was wrong with the car and only after the second time i took it back did they fix part of it. They replaced some of the broken parts, like the brakes, with reconditioned products and did not tell me. They also refused to show me what they put in the car. It is now a month and a half later and the more i try to get help from them the less i get out of them. It's a family business and they all have terrible attitudes and are extremely rude. I don't trust them and they don't know what they are doing. If you are young and if you're a lady you can expect to be intimidated and discriminated against, especially by the owner, Jackie. I sincerely regret ever buying a car from them. They are dishonest and their cars are unsafe and unreliable.
