After experiencing problems with my 11 month old BWM (Clutch/Gearbox), Paarlberg passed the bucket on the following:
1. Told me there is nothing wrong with my car;
2. Refused to assist BMW On-call with a courtesy car on their behalf;
3. After waiting for the weekend to pass, Monday at 10:30 I had to phone Paarlberg BMW myself to hear what is going on with my car. Passed the buck again telling me I will have to wait until Tuesday for someone to look at my car.
This someone is suppose to be Andre Nel, regional manager of BMW who then told the Service Mananager (Bryan) that he will not phone me, if I have a problem I can phone the customer care line.
Got my car back in a terrible state with Bird droppings on the paintwork which now stained the paint of my car.
TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE FOR A CAR BRAND - CAR WORTH 400k.
