We lodged a complaint approximately 2 weeks ago with regards a DHL shipment - the calls we recieved immedately after the complaint was lodged was surprising. the time it took to resolve the complaint was also surprising, as DHL's service is absolutely rock bottom -- they are PATHETIC!!! Here is another shipment of which we recieve 5-10 of per month, all air freight priority -- and it takes DHL MINIMUM 2 weeks to handle any shipment, and once handled and paperwork done, NOONE WILL CONTACT YOU FROM DHL INFORMING YOU TO MAKE PAYMENT AGAINST AN INVOICE - INSTEAD DHL RUN UP THEIR COSTS FOR STORAGE AND YOU ARE FORCED TO PAY FOR THIS IN LIGHT OF DHL's NON SERVICE!! STAY AWAY FROM DHL - THEY ARE THE WORST SHIPPING COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!! --- NEVER USE DHL YOU WILL LOOSE TIME, AND MONEY!!!
