DHL lost my shipment - no proper feedback

The shipment Waybill: 9704978953 Departed Facility in ORLANDO - HERNDON - USA on November 1st 2013. Since then there has not been any movement. I have called DHL and tried to locate the shipment. I was given a Reference number: 228566851 on November 4th 2013. That's, where the service ended. No one is able to tell me where the shipment is. Madonna can only follow up tomorrow... tomorrow... tomorrow, because when the US opens, she is already at home. Yeah Madonna, I wish, I could go home at 3:00 PM every day like you. I need the shipment urgently, that the reason why we use courier services like DHL. If I could wait for 6 weeks, Post Offce does the job for a tenth of the price or a courier. So, DHL service!!!
