KIA All those about to buy are making a mistake

I had the misfortune of dealing with KIA and there represtative in Northcliff Johannesburg. I would like to applaud the entire KIA group for the worst service, people that are not qualified to work with the public, extorting money from there clients for parts that has nor been ordered or fitted to your vehicle, being called a to your face and best of all, i think you will need to sit down for this one. My son who took my vehicle in for a service at KIA Northcliff had to walk the distance of - 5 km to pick up my vehicle after it had its service done.

When being confronted by me Monica Slabbert the Regional Manager i was told that 3 staff members are saying that my son declined the offer to be picked up and would rather walk. Therefore directly calling both myself and my son a. She further informed me that the part will not be ordered before being paid infull. People we are talking about a part that costs less than R110-00 A numberplate bracket. So not KIA nor their dealers have the cashflow to sustain themselves for a day for a part that only cost R110-00.

I know the economy is bad i never thought KIA is that cash strapped that you pay and then your part gets ordered.
