Poor Feedback on a problem now 3 weeks old

A few weeks ago, car got back from 90000KM service. Aircon faulty. took it back to Kia. Was told that gas leaked out but techs could not find any. after re-gassing, gas leaked out again. took it t Service Manager, Johan, who said will check out. He found problem on leaking pipe inside car under dash. Needed more time. Being long weekend, said to come back on Monday Morning. Sent him and Brendan of Kia South Africa for feedback, they read emails but never got back to me. Had to pick up something from car on Wednesday, found that they did NOT EVEN START WITH VEHICLE! Sent an 'angry' email but received no response on Thursday morning. at 9.15AM, spoke to an Augustine who promised t get back in 1/2 hour. When he still did not call back at 11.05 AM, called again, asking to speak to the PA of CEO/MD. even previous attempts failed. was told they cant do this. Meanwhile, status of vehicle is UNKNOWN. Will take this matter to the press to get resolved.
