They had my car for 8 weeks - after 2 weeks I never received updates regarding the repairs unless I phoned them. They had my car registered under the wrong registration number too.
Everytime I asked for feedback they did not have it - several phone calls everytime to get any feedback.
then they ordered the wrong colour airbags - say the new ones will arrive the next day - 6 days later I hear nothing!!
Get my car back on Wednesday car takes 6 attempts to start on the thursday and once at work on the Friday does not stat again. Phoned at 08h30 on Monday morning for them to fetch it - after following up 2ce I get a call saying the guy is outside (no feedback saying someone is on their way or anything).
The vehicle arrives and does not fit into the parking!!
JUST GIVE F FEEDBACK!! (which I asked for all the way through the process SEVERAL TIMES!!!
This is unacceptable!
