R660 to wash the car???

Hi,
I am appalled at the amount of R660 that was deducted for a Valet after the rental of a car.
It was only me and my wife and the only dirtiness to the car was seasand in the front footwells because there were no loose carpets that could be shaken out.
Outside it was inevitable that the car would get dirty travelling on a gravel road after the recent rain in the Cape.

I will seriously reconsider using Europcar in future.
