My car went in for a service into Hyundai Centurion workshop on Wednesday 7 Aug.
I received a good service from the team while booking my car in.
However when I received my car back I noticed the next day that my earpiece that is always in my car's cup holder (this always stays in the car as I only use this to make phone calls in the car) has been.
What was also strange it is clear that they go through people's personal stuff as my CD that was in my CD player was swapped with another CD. I was not to upset as all my CD's were still there however my earpiece from my I Phone 5 was.
I immediately phoned Hyundai Centurion to report the item.
They promised me the workshop manager will phone me back that afternoon. However I had to phone again on Monday to follow-up again.
What upset me further was the attitude, as it was clear that they were not prepared to investigate this and mentioned that they could not do anything. I requested the people's names, surnames and ID numbers as only two people worked on my car. To date I have only received the two people's names (no full names or surnames or id numbers provided. It is sad that this was not taken seriously.
