COMPLAINT AROUND THE ASSET PURCHASED FROM HYUNDAI

NEW THINKING, NEW POSSIBILITIES? I doubt that very much! On 10122012 the morning I contacted SA Warranties to send a towing company to take the vehicle to Hyundai Kempton Park where it has been standing to date. I made various phone calls to the Kempton branch to follow up on the progress of the vehicle and went to see them as well. I was told that it was the Immobiliser module that was faulty and that I had to take my spare keys to be recoded. The cost at that time would have been in the region of -R6100 and I signed the job card at the Kempton branch. The workshop manager phoned me, 20122012 to inform me that his technical person made a miss-diagnosis of the problem and that it is going to be weeks before the vehicle will be ready. On 21122012 my wife and I went to go and see him. I said to the workshop manager that he cannot hold me liable for their miss-diagnosis and that I am not going to pay for their mistake, to which he agreed! That is the immobiliser module unit that is on the report attached dated 17? 12013.
On 16? 12013, still no calls or feedback from Hyundai since 24122012. To date 04 Feb 2013 still no vehicle in my possession. Thank you Hyundai SA
