We looked for a new second hand car and Victor was very helpful. He followed up and got back with information. When we had bought the car and had a minor problem he sorted this out without any delay - picking up the car at our home and dropping it off the same day. No extra cost, no hassles. Friendly and service minded all the time! The flowers and bottle of champagne was a nice extra gesture that we really appreciated.
