I went into the Postnet store to buy a speed delivery service i.e. Counter to door, I was charged for a Door to door speed service. The cashier who helped me (Junior) was not only unhelpful but she gave substandard customer care. Mboya who I was eventually referred to has not been answering the phone. I would like this matter addressed since it seem like a regular process where people are fleeced off by deliberately charging for a wrong service or misnaming the services.
I am gonna take this matter with the consumer commission as it is misleading.
