When trying to call management at the GMSA offices in PE I am continually transferred to a call center. I am advised that this is their process. What is happening at GMSA that management is shielded by a call center. My son purchased a 2008 Opel Corsa OPC in Jan 2013, including extended Warranty. The motor of this car blew in November 2013 and we to date are struggling to get a meaningful answer. When reading the blogs it seems this vehicle is well renowned for blowing motors. The extended warranty contract was only forwarded to my son in June 2013 for signature. Proof that this contract was handed to him in January when the vehicle was purchased is not forthcoming. The contract excludes overheating and a blown motor. Now Motorite are only prepared to pay R4, 500.00 of a R75, 000.00 bill for repairs. GMSA cannot confirm if the policy is with their G2 organisation. My son requires a car to earn a living. Will the bank reclaim it if he is unable to pay his monthly installment. I find it unacceptable that one is unable to speak directly with management
