LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had a breakdown on the 23rd of December 2013, my car was towed to Brokenshas Esctourt on the 23rd of December. I went there to check how far are with the repairs on the 30th of December after giving them the go ahead to strip the engine on the 24th of December to my surprise it was never done because it will take them a while to do so, I was told that the car will be ready in 2 weeks time. After complaining at GMSA i received a call from them saying heir engineers will only open on the 6th of January they can only look at my car after that. After 6 days since i have lodged a formal complain with GMSA reference number SR489538-1283598654 i haven't received any feedback from them. had to leave the car at KZN and come back to GP without it. They are not leaving up to the values, they lack customer service. Once my car is fixed i am selling i will never buy an GM's car in future. There is not pathetic by being inconvenienced by arrogant and unprofessional service you receive from this people who are working in these dealers
