I have had nothing but trouble since dealing with this POSTNET SA branch at Circle Centre Caledon Road, Somerset west. I first needed documents collected from CA, USA, I gave all relevant details of person responsible in the USA, I got a call from this branch who was annoyed and stated I had giving incorrect details and they could not get hold of the person, I called the contact number with them holding on my mobile and got through, eventually they said it was a huge misunderstanding. Then I needed documents collected again in Springfield, Massachusetts. I was told that the person refused to sign, this was not true the person was off sick and the front desk was fully aware of them to collect the documents. Anyway long story short, I'm still waiting 2 weeks down the line for my couriered documents, the owner I heard in the background say rudely well ask her what the person problem is there. HE has a very rude attitude towards customers even my mom saw that, he talks down to you as if you are a child, no respect. Jock never gets back to me to let me know whats going on after promises & promises and refuses to talk to me when I call. Giving DHL a bad name as well as passing the buck.
