Eight weeks with out my car and finally in week number nine they give my a loan car (345 km on clock). With out fuel and with in the ash tray. Thanks to the person who arrange it for us.
But still no written quotation. Wonder why I haven't received it? Are they not giving it, because they know they are in the fault or are they making changes without my knowledge and consent?
