Driver's mat lost, 3 month waiting for replacement

My car was towed to Peugeot on 15 March 2013 as it did not want to start. On 18th March 2013 I had to pay R1685.25 for the key to be replaced. Upon leaving on the18th March 2013, I discovered that the mat on the driver's side was missing. I phoned Menlyn the very next day to report the incident. They promised to get this sorted and let me know. I have been following up on when this mat is coming and have spoken to Johan, Maria and the manager Elana Behren's. My car has been there twice (2) after the incident for repairs, I have made numerous calls to them and even been there again, just to be to and promised that it will be sorted. It's been three months and I still have not received the mat nor have I been called to be updated on the status of this issue. When I order parts I have to pay before they order the part and it takes 1 day for the part to arrive. Surely I do not need to pay for a mat that was lost by them and surely it does not take three months for the mat to be delivered. I am utterly disgusted with this service. My car is due for a service, can anyone recommend a better branch than Menlyn?
