I bought a 2013 Mercedes ML Blutech on the 24th of April 2013 from Stanmar Motors in George and paid cash for it. It was supposed to be delivered to Port Shepstone the next day, but their driver was late for his return trip on the bus, so I met him in Harding, 100 km from Port Shepstone. I arranged with the bus company to pick him up at Harding, but he was not at the bus stop and missed the bus. I had to drive to Harding again to fetch him and put up with him for the night. The next morning I managed to get him on a bus back to George and gave him R800, which Stanmar Motors refuse to pay back. Now only did I realised that there was no owners manual in the car and notified them of this. Today, 2 months later, I received a manual, but is written in Hebrew. They also charged me for registration and number plates which I had to do in Port Shepstone and pay again. They agreed that they would refund the money, but now they refuse. i do not know wheher I would ever get a manual out of them, Inwill have to see and take it from there. The worst thing that I ever did, was to buy a very expensive product from Stanmar Motors, specifically Johan Willemse.
