It's with great pleasure that I post this compliment for Barloworld Toyota Tygervalley and more specifically for Tracey Bagley, sales executive. As many sales people do, excellent service is provided while they are trying to close the deal, after which the friendly, exited voice and going the extra mile attitude fades quickly. With Tracey it's been the case from the start, right to the end. I realised after the sale that there was something wrong with the automatic gearbox, which I reported to Tracey. She immediately took control and made me feel that I don't have to worry about a thing. Although the car was in for repairs for weeks, she constantly kept me in the loop, provided me with a courtesy car and even later a courtesy car with a bigger boot, because we were going away for the weekend. Two days ago there was also an issue with the car battery, which they replaced without any hassle. There is no doubt in my mind that I will deal with Barloword Toyota in the future and if I can with Tracey Bagley.
