I had been looking for a new car. So i called barons N1 city. I spoke to Gavin who i had advised that i was looking for a new car (polo vivo) i told him that i knew nothing about cars and i have a 4year old daughter who i drive to school so i need a new car as its reliable. im able to afford about R2000 for a car. He then advised me that i needed to send threw my documents such as bank statements etc. He will get me what i need. I the got a call the friday 5/04/2013 from a lady Maryke who had advised me to go onto the wesbank website and she will take me step by step threw the details i needed to fill in. i then done as she said requesting finance for a 2012 model. I was not aware that this was going to be a used car as 2012 was only 4months ago. I was ok with the financials as we discussed it after it being approved by wesbank.By Monday i was called to say my car is ready and will be taken threw their factory etc. I was then told to get my insurance ready, This i then did and applied for insurance for a 2012 model polo vivo. This was then sent to barons. The car sales man then calls me and says he recieved the details from the insurance but sees its for a 2012 model...
