My dog had a rectile prolapse so I sent my dog to a PDSA mobile unit that comes to Johannesburg Lenasia on a Tuesday Thursday and Friday. It was a Thursday 08 August 2013 where I sent my dog in for treatment, I have continuously been phoning the center to find out about my 5 month old puppy Kitana, HOWEVER every single time I phoned the doctor was not in I even physically went every week thereafter on a tuesday thursday and friday to find out the outcome, Eventually on the 19th of August I got through to another doctor and he advised me that my puppy was dead and that she was also burnt, the doctor I got through to I cant remember his name it sounded like he said he was Dr Mckenzie but I'm not sure, according to him he said according to Dr Ashley the dog was ready to be discharged on the 13th of August 2013 but then the puppy fell ill again and was vomitting, during all of this they did not contact me and claimed to have called me, there is no way I could not got atleast one of the calls, it is human to maybe miss one call but not all the time and i have call records that only show they called me once, how the could they have burnt my dog without my permission!
