CAR DAMAGED WHILE ON SERVICE

On the 18 March I took my car for service at BMW Midrand for the squeaky noise on the steering wheel and this was for the second time I'm called in to bring it back for the same problem and still its not fixed they will call me again. In the afternoon when I went to get my the cover at the back of my car where we find the towing hole was not there. I asked Patrick assigned ASC what happend to my car. He told me the worksheet indicates that it came without it. I told him I know for a fact that I had the cover and I want it back. He said he will check the cameras in the morning and get back to me. After two days after having being calling Patrick he told me the cameras are not very clear therefore they will replace my cover. But I will get a black cover I must get it sprayed silver to match my car at my own cost. And thus take it or leave it. Why am I paying for their negligence & why the cameras are not clear in terms of the car that come in and out. It means we can loose our cars under their care and they wouldnt know what happened. Im hurt and dissapointed at the Midrand Autobavaria.
I had so much respect for them.
