To whom it may concern, my sister is visiting from the UK and lost her keys and is locked out of her rental car. The call centre refuses to send replacement keys and wanted to charge her r3000 for having it towed, wants to charge her locksmith fees and knows what else. Car only available Monday and she flies out on Monday. This is utterly ridiculous, you can't help a woman who loses her keys on woman's day? This is utterly unacceptable and unless this is sorted out I will ensure that all my connections never use your disservice of a service.
