Audi South Africa
5 months of incorrect sms's

I don't blame anyone who doesn't believe this story, but it is true. Audi Centurion in Pretoria has been sending me sms's on a daily even twice a day as well as phone calls. The sms's are about reminding me of an upcoming service, or whether I was satisfied with the service and or would I like to extend my warranty.
NOW, I live in Cape Town, I don't (and never will) own an Audi. This has been going on for 5 months. I have phoned on numerous occasions and spoken to various people at Audi aswell as their Customer Care Centre. I have a list of names of people I have spoken to! I have also contacted the IT Department, who controls their sms's, a Mr Dumisani, 0728216360.
I cannot get anyone to solve the problem. When they phone me regarding a service or warranty, I explain, for the 15 time to the person that I am not a Ricardo, whom they have asked for and that I do not have an Audi and live in Cape Town. They apologise and PROMISE it will be sorted. The sms's even come over weekends. On Sunday I had two sms's.
I am desperate. 5 months on a daily basis, not random, daily. Please help.
