Booked my bike for repairs and ensured that they understood the urgency for the long weekend. I then phoned about every 2 hours and everytime they promised to phone back, which never happened. Eventually at 16h00 I received a phone call stated that they looked at my bike!!!
Seriously at 16h00 only!! To add insult they then phoned me to collect as the bike is on a test ride and that I can collect. Once I arrived Dwayne advised me that they can not get it started. Really? after a test ride?
Now I am in the store with no transport and no lift back home and a lady says sorry, they are short of mechanics!!! How is this my problem?
If you can not handle anything bigger than scooters then do not take big bikes in, and be honest with customers.
