VW Toti Dropped the Ball on Exceptional Service

One of our fleet vehicles was taken in to Weiss VW in Amanzimtoti on the 07/08/2013 after a dashboard light came on (after checking owners manual it was something to do with the engine) the vehicle has just over 20 000Km on the clock after a reluctant rundown of the vehicle while we were made to wait, we were told it was the No 4 Cylinder which was misfiring (a common fault) we were then told that the lead time on the repairs to the car would be around 2-weeks, we asked for a loan vehicle as our business relies on being mobile 24/7 to ensure our clients safety, and got told they dont have any and we should just wait. the thing i dont understand is how in JHB we receive exceptional service from all the dealers we deal with. always willing to go the extra mile, understanding that we as a security company can never be without a vehicle. I called the dealership to find out if there was anyway we could get a loan vehicle and got told he had called VW South Africa and the Head of something or other and that there was nothing more he could do for us, in the same call i was told of a client who's car is ready and waiting and told the dealership they will only collect next week...
