I just want to thank you for the outstanding service received when purchasing my pre-owned Polo Vivo. Its all thanks to Francois as he put my needs 1st and treated me with respect. Francois kept me informed through the whole purchase process and provided me with exceptional service by going the extra mile even though it was not required of him. I know i did trouble him until the car was to my liking (101% perfect) but even with all this pressure he still managed to fulfil my needs and treat me as the only customer.
