I bought a vehicle from Weiss Vw in amanzimtoti December 2012. The service was good up to the point where I signed the contract for the car. The problem started when I noticed that I have been overcharged on my invoice for extras already included in the vehicle. Long story short. The dealer confirmed that he made a mistake and the full amount will be paid back the 1st working day in 2013. Every time I phone the dealership, I get promised that the refund will be in my account the next day. I'ts the 21st of January 2013, and I am still awaiting my refund. I've spoken to management, supervisors, owners and head office, yet no results..
