On Wednesday 31/07/2013 a package was sent to me from Durban to Polokwane. They received the package in JHB on Thursday 01/08/2013 and was scheduled to be sent to PLK. On the Track and Trace it stated that it is on route from JHB to PLK on 01/08/2013. To date I have received nothing. Not one person can tell me where my package is and if I will ever receive it. I stated that it is very urgent as I already waited a week for a 2 day delivery. This is pathetic service and I encourage all people to stop using this pity courier service if you intend on receiving your goods.
