My car was broken into on the 22 june 2013. I took it to toyota bruma on the 25 june. When i took it in the service dept told me it would take a week to fix. In the space of three weeks i recieved three quotes. I understood because of the wiring being ripped out. It is now my sixth week waiting for my car. But its not all bad i have recieved a courtesy in the fourth week which i had to beg for. They do not even have the courtesy to keep me updated on a weekly basis. I have to phone them to find out how far my car is. I trusted in toyota as a brand, but now i am the laughing stock of family and friends. I will definetly be changing my brand of car in the near future. Keeping someones car for six weeks with no end in sight is truly pathetic for such a popular brand.
